Strategy for the development of hydrogen technologies in the Moravian-Silesian Region

The implementation of the “Strategy for the Development of Hydrogen Technologies in the Moravian-Silesian Region” aims to create a framework for effective cooperation between the private sector and public administration in the development area of the Moravian-Silesian Region for the deployment of hydrogen technologies on a regional scale with the future intended financial support from the Operational Fund Fair Transformation.

The strategy highlights the development of hydrogen technologies that could assist in the energy transition from fossil to renewable sources by enabling flexible energy transfer across sectors, time and place.

The implementation of the “Strategy for the development of hydrogen technologies in the Moravian-Silesian Region” is supported by the project “Hydrogen Valley of the Moravian-Silesian Region”, which is financed from the budget of the Moravian-Silesian Region on the basis of the Contract for the provision of subsidies from the budget of the Moravian-Silesian Region No. 00134/2023/EPCH.

The implementation of the strategy was entrusted to the Moravian-Silesian Hydrogen Cluster, z. s. as a professionally focused organization with regional competence and expertise in the development and implementation of hydrogen technologies.
